- WHMIS-trained crews with product SDS available on site
- Daily hazard assessment and documented toolbox talks
- Incident reporting, correction tracking, and close-out review
- Subcontractor safety documentation reviewed before award
- Insurance and WSIB coverage maintained in good standing
Environmental
The right system, applied without waste
- Low-VOC and water-based systems specified wherever performance allows
- Product selection supported by manufacturer environmental data sheets
- Substrate moisture and contamination assessment before resinous work
- Waste diversion and packaging take-back arranged with suppliers
- Compliant disposal of coatings, solvents, and empty containers
- Product documentation supplied for client green building submissions
